PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept the following mode of payments:

1. Pay Pal / Credit Card

2. Cash on delivery (Only in Singapore)

3. Electronic Bank Transfer - Call/email us for our bank details.

Courier Charges are to be borne by the customer. The total courier/ shipping charges for your order will be displayed once you proceed to check out. Octroi charges wherever applicable will be prepaid and are not to be borne by the customer.

 

DELIVERY

3 – 5 Working Days - Within Singapore

5 – 7 Working Days - Overseas

We will make every effort to deliver the products to you, in time. If you have a special request for delivery, please contact us and we will try and assist to the best of our capability.

It is our endeavor to courier all items in your order together; however this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability. Also there may be restrictions on accepting orders for certain pin codes where courier is not possible. In such scenarios, the order will need to be cancelled and a message will be sent to you within 24 hours.

Currently, each order may be couriered only to a single shipping address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you need to place multiple orders.

In instances where customer places multiple orders within a day or two, to the same shipping address, we might combine orders and ship them together.
