Cancellation and Returns
CANCELLATION POLICY
We make every effort to deliver all the orders placed. However, there may be
certain orders that we are unable to process and must cancel. The reasons
may include limitations on quantities available, inaccuracies or defect in
product or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
Cancellation by Yamini’s Design
Yamini’s Design will communicate to you, in 2 – 3 working
days, if all or any portion of your order is cancelled. If your
order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said
amount will be reversed in your Card Account.
Cancellation by the Customer
Please contact Yamini’s Design within 24 hours of placing the
order, in case you wish to cancel the order. Orders once placed
can be cancelled only within 24 hours via email. Orders will not be
cancelled after the deadline.
Yamini’s Design will communicate to you, in appx 3-5 working days, if all or any
portion of your order is cancelled. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been
charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.
RETURN POLICY
Products once sold cannot be returned.
No exchange for products once ordered and shipped out.

Customised orders
We accept orders for customized designs and would require a
50% advance before manufacturing the piece/s and the remaining
50% is to be paid before delivery (once we confirm to you that the
order is ready).
Since all our products are hand crafted, we require 8 weeks to
manufacture the products of your choice.
